Stance



~Hips are adducted with knees together and slightly flexed.
~Diagonally back from ball
~Stick-length away from ball

Movement




~Left hip is abducted and foot moves towards goal.
~Push/flick ball with stick towards goal
  (stick cannot make a sound when making contact with ball)
~Shift weight from back foot to front foot. Momentum is moving forward.
~These actions occur in the frontal plane around the anteroposterior axis
